4 - Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather only an invitation to order.
Through the checkout process and subsequent payment, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
5 - Right of cancellation
Swiss legislation does not guarantee the customer the right to return a product after an online purchase. The operator of a webshop can grant this right, but is not obliged to do so. For products purchased from aertsy, you may return the products 14 days after receipt and the full purchase amount will be refunded. The customer must bear the costs of the return. Otherwise, the provisions set out in detail in the return policy apply to the right of withdrawal.
6 - Prices and shipping costs
Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices stated are total prices and include statutory sales tax and shipping costs.
7 - Shipping
The delivery time is between 2 and 6 working days depending on the delivery country. As a rule, however, the goods reach our customers within 2 to 4 working days. We will point out any different delivery times on the respective product page.
